Awful Job Dispute

This poor guy seems to have a job worth complaining about – who wouldn’t have the same complaints in his position. He definitely needs to post a dispute for resolution on eQuibbly.com; I’m just not sure whom the other party to the dispute would be. I’m curious as to how many other employees have this particular problem with their jobs?
